For years, I worked with digital collage, but recently I’ve stepped away from the screen to reconnect with reality. I paint and create objects.
I felt a sense of digital overload, and I’m exploring the transition between these two worlds.
The series I’m developing is called solitude digitale and tells part of my story. In it, I use symbols and forms inherited from the digital realm that I translate into painting and physical objects. Forms and memories circulate from one painting to another and eventually become objects.
